Can I order by phone?
Yes. By Phone - just contact us by phone on 08 8255 0992 or Suzanne on 0413 472 609 anytime (24 hours/7 days a week).
What's your Returns Policy?
We are happy to refund should you have any problems with a product or sizing issues. We request that you contact us within 10 days of receipt of the order so the problem can be rectified swiftly. Of course we expect products will be returned as new, with tags and in original packaging should they be unsuitable or an incorrect size. Please contact Suzanne personally refer to our contact details or via email before returning any Purple Tartan Turtle product. Your satisfaction is important to us!
How do your deliveries work?
Our Products are shipped via Australia Post. Deliveries are dispatched normally within 24 hours, should an out of stock situation arise we will advise you.
For residential deliveries, we prefer not to leave parcels if you are not home. A calling card is left by the Australia Post courier advising that a delivery was attempted and that the parcel is available for collection at the local Post Office. This is simply for security reasons. No deliveries are made on public holidays - orders will be delivered either the working day prior or after.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted if our order has not been dispatched. Should a product arrive damaged then we are happy to give you a full refund upon arranging for its return if notified within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I know my Gift has been delivered to another party?
We will contact you via e-mail / phone confirming your gift has been shipped and delivered safely.
